Honored to stand with members from MN to initiate a moment of silence for Deputy Sheriff Owen on the House Floor last night. Dep. Owen gave his life in service to his community, and I was proud to join my colleagues in honoring his legacy.
Last night, Members of the Minnesota delegation joined me in a moment of silence to honor the fallen Dep. Sheriff Josh Owen. While we can never truly do enough to memorialize this hero, our prayers continue to be with his family and community.
