Mueller Welcomes Bonding Committee to Austin

Austin, MN – Representative Patricia Mueller, R-Austin, welcomed the Minnesota House Bonding Committee to Austin Tuesday to hear about several local proposed bonding projects. During the committee’s stay in Austin, Rep. Mueller joined members from across the state in a meeting detailing several projects in the area, including the Austin Wastewater Treatment Facility, the Clime Resiliency and Water Resource project, the Hormel Institute’s BioImaging Center, and the North Zumbro Sanitary District.

“I welcome all opportunities to invest in our community, and I look forward to advocating for our area’s priorities in the upcoming bonding session beginning this January,” said Mueller. “I’ve heard from many about the importance of our wastewater treatment plant project and the necessary improvements needed there. This, along with the other projects in our area, will be a worthy investment and will provide longterm benefits for our communities in southern Minnesota.”
